ART for CHANGE 2006

YOUNG CHAMPION PAINTER. High schooler Glacy Dee Pantanosas of Abellana National High School bagged the first prize in the "Art for Change" on-the-spot painting competition held this year at the Robinson's Place Cebu in Cebu City on Oct. 7. Pantosas and other winners received their prizes from Senator Aquilino Q. Pimentel, Jr. contest sponsor and son, lawyer Aquilino "Koko" Pimentel III. Some 200 youngster participated in the contest.
