Composition and Jurisdiction of Committee on Local Governments

COMPOSITION

Under Rule X, Section 13 (17) of the Rules of the Senate, the Committee on Local Government shall have nine (9) regular members.

JURISDICTION

Under the aforecited Senate Rule, the jurisdiction of the committee shall include all matters relating to autonomous regions, provinces, cities, special metropolitan political subdivisions, municipalities and barangays.
